Avoid the flu this season – get a flu shot

Employee flu shots are available on ASU's Tempe campus beginning Oct. 11. The schedule is:

• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Memorial Union 246 (Coconino), Oct. 11.

• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Memorial Union 228 (Cochise), Oct. 12.

• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Memorial Union 228 (Cochise), Oct. 13.

No appointment is needed. To receive the shot at no charge, you must show 1) your valid State-of-Arizona issued employee insurance card and 2) your valid ASU Sun Card (No Exceptions). All benefits-eligible ASU employees are welcome.

Non-benefits-eligible employees may receive a flu shot for $20 (cash or check only).

Employees’ family members, retirees, student employees, graduate assistants and other students are not eligible to receive a shot through this program; no exceptions. Shots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
