ASU pays tribute to 40 years of Earth Day

Earth is the fifth-largest planet in the Solar System and home to millions of species  supported by its unique physical properties and conditions. Its abundance of water, for instance, sets it apart from other planets, as three-quarters of the Earth is covered by oceans.

Find out what the ASU community is doing to celebrate their home – and address the issues that pose challenges to its future – on the days leading up to Earth Day, April 22. Through a weeklong series of events, the ASU community will pay tribute to the 40th anniversary of Earth Day.
