Inaugural class of ASU Leadership Institute announced

The Arizona State University Alumni Association has announced members of the ASU Leadership Institute’s inaugural class.

After a competitive selection process, the ASU Leadership Institute chose the members of its first class of 21 participants from a variety of industries including aviation, banking, construction management, government and the nonprofit sector.

“We’ve launched this program to develop the next generation of leaders invested in impacting their communities and ASU,” said Christine K. Wilkinson, ASU Alumni Association president and CEO. “This diverse group of individuals have demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, civic engagement and making a difference.” 

The ASU Leadership Institute immerses participants in the culture and assets essential to ASU’s future and equips them with critical leadership skills through the nine-month program. ASU Innovation Days will feature panels of leadership experts in many fields including business, nonprofit management, media, health and military service.
