Darren Petrucci, from Arizona State University's The Design School and Rider Foley, from ASU's Center for Science, Policy and Outcomes, presented a 15 minute movie depicting scenarios of the future of Phoenix at the Center for Science, Policy and Outcome offices in Washington, D.C. on Feb. 28.
